The decorations do not show any great advance.
The colonettcs have a scalloped appearance, the little leaves forming a lace-like border of saw teeth projecting into the bare spaces
The Lintels are more sober than those of Banteay Srei.The branch is much bent in the center, where the central motive is the Kala-head, sometimes surmounted by a divinity. The tongue of Kala with foliage.
The North Kleang adopted the border of its fronton from Banteay Srei: leaf-stalk, Makara-heads spitting the Naga. At the Soulh Kleang, Takeo and Phimeanakas, human arms accompany profiles of Makara , as they had face-views in the lintels since the style of Kulen.(the decorations of the fronton follow those of lintel) .
The Frontons: border of the fronton decorated with plant motifs. The end of border with kala-head spitting Naga. At the end of this style, Kala head (sea monstcr) has not been seen, only Nagao; spitting pearl garland appears, At the center of the fronton with motifs of foliage or various narratives of divinity.
The Pilasters: decorated with scallops or stripe of upside-down V
The Statues: face shows gentle, sensitive, skirt with many pleats is held higher a little bit by a wide belt. Male divinity, the skirt drape forming double pockets . In front of female divinity garment is fish-tail shape.
Lions are found at Takeo and lions and elephants at the Phimeanakas ..
The lions continue the tendency to rise on their hind legs.
The Nandi at Takeo is more smoothly moulded. Its hump is smaller. Its
left front foot is extended as if preparing to rise.
